Piódão

Piódão is one of Portugal’s Historic Villages, built in terraces on the slopes of the Serra do Açor. Its schist houses, with doors and windows painted blue, have remained almost unchanged for centuries, making it one of the most photographed spots in the Centro interior.

What to see
